Splitbeam offers a wide range of lighting solutions that can cater to large scale musicals as well as primary school concerts. Our fleet of ETC Source 4 fixtures has been augmented with Source 4 LED Series2 Lustrs, ColorSource V Spots and ColorSource Cycs as well as Source 4WRD Retrofits bringing our conventional stock into the 21st century.

On the automated side; we own 96 x Ayrton Rivale Profiles and 48 x Robe Esprite Fresnel fixtures which are available with cold or warm white engines and with the fresnel or PC lens adapter. Rounding out our flagship automated range of fixtures are 40 x ETC Halcyon Platinum HCF Profiles and 16 x Robe iForte Profiles.

Our console fleet is built around ETC Eos and GrandMA consoles with full backup solutions on both platforms. For smaller productions we have a variety of easy-to-use consoles such as the Chamsys QuickQ20 consoles and the ETC Smartfade desks.

We deliver pristine audio quality paired with powerful sound design to ensure every seat with our professional P.A. systems from Meyer Sound and Electro-Voice, perfectly paired with industry-standard digital consoles from DiGiCo and Midas, for complete mix control and seamless scene management.

We supply all microphone solutions to suit all productions ensuring performances remain crisp and dropout-free using Sennheiser radio microphones and In-Ear Monitoring systems, with the addition of a world-class range of microphones including DPA, Neumann, Shure, AKG and Audio-Technica to capture every voice and instrument with precision.

Additionally, we keep the backstage technical crews flawlessly synced with Clear-Com intercoms, two-way radios, and custom CCTV monitoring systems designed for effortless cueing and stage management. All fully supported by redundant audio playback systems and robust stage infrastructure to guarantee reliable, night-after-night operation for productions of any scale.

Our rigging department is based on the uncompromising principle of safety first. Our rigging packages are designed and supplied on a 10 to 1 safety factor as well as intrinsic redundant safety built in. We align ourselves with international rigging practices and are constantly pushing for a better understanding of entertainment rigging in the South African market. To this end, Splitbeam is a proud member of LEEASA with whom we are working to develop better industry practices.

Our rigging inventory is built around Prolyft motors and more recently, Chainmaster D8+ chain hoists along with rigging tackle that is maintained and inspected to full DMR18 Regulation requirements. We have a fully certified Lifting Tackle Inspector (LTI) on our permanent staff and have experience with rigging everything from a lighting truss to the famous Phantom Chandeliers.

Whether you need an industry leading media server like WATCHOUT or Resolume for you projection mapping shows or an integrated solution like Qlab for a 1 laptop touring show, we have a solution for it all.
